A selection of a Dutch studyclub of Mushroom Office recently visited Ireland. For two days, the young mushroom growers toured the Green Island. The group was welcomed by companies Custom Compost, Codd Mushrooms, Monaghan and McDon Peat (see photo). The guys were impressed by quality and production of the Irish growers. “I’d rather had seen differently, I would have slept better after”, joked one of the Dutch growers.
