1 January 2021 marks the 25th anniversary of Mush Comb.
In 1996, Jeu Holtermans started his own business, repairing and selling second-hand machines for the mushroom industry. In 2004, his 21-year old son Bob joined the company and in 2007 they decided to refocus the business, producing new and innovative machines. Since then, the revenues have quadrupled and the company had to relocate a few times because of expansion. Besides producing machines like headfillers (see picture), lorries and the patented casing soil separator, Mush Comb has started to deliver complete climate systems for growers. In spite of the corona crisis, floor space has expanded with 50% in 2020 and office space will be doubled this year. Together with its clients, Mush Comb looks to the future with confidence!
