2024 marks the 45th AMGA (Australian Mushroom Growers Association) Conference, and in partnership with the New Zealand Mushroom Growers Federation and Meadow Mushrooms, the event will be hosted this year in Auckland, New Zealand.
The three day event with the theme “Stronger together”, includes a conference & exhibition and two networking events (on 23 and 24 October), plus a conference farm tour to Mercer Mushrooms farm on 22 October (pre-conference). There is also an additional tour option for Australian and international delegates to visit Meadow Mushrooms in Christchurch on 25 October. See the full program here.
The conference will be held in the Grand Millenium Ballroom in the Grand Millenium hotel in Auckland. Conference speakers include Arpád Mutsy (Bio-Fungi), Dr. Michael Wolfin (Penn State), Dr. Anica Amini (Sylvan), Stéphane Doutriaux (MycoSense) and Sean O’Connor (4AG Robotics), to name just a few.
