The International Mushroom Days were successfully held in Fliport Center, Xiamen, 20 – 22 September 2026.
Xiamen is booming, and the Mushroom Days 2026 showcased the rapid development of the edible and medicinal mushroom sector in China. A few numbers illustrate the scale of the event:
- More than 600 people attended the conference, and as many as 5,000 viewed or followed it on social media. • Over 300 companies chose to exhibit their products and services. • More than 20 different meetings were organised for visitors representing the entire edible fungi industry chain, including local government leaders, industry experts and scholars, leading edible fungi production enterprises, professional supermarket and catering industry buyers, as well as media representatives.
