Food safety issues from the regulatory and legal perspective also will be explored. <\/span>An important case study on a recent recall is planned.\n<\/p>\n \n Those participating in the Partner\u0092s Program will be whisked away to downtown San Diego to the Wine and Culinary Center for a fun and instructive morning on Monday followed by a gourmet lunch at the Center. <\/span>On Tuesday, those not attending the business sessions can head north for a tour of the La Jolla shopping district.\n<\/p>\n \n A spectacular closing party is planned aboard a new luxury yacht called the California Spirit on Tuesday evening.
