Het thema is \u2018De paddenstoelenwereld versnelt\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p abp=\"1338\">De laatste editie van DNP werd georganiseerd bij champignonkwekerij Sikes in Ysselsteyn.<\/p>\n<p abp=\"1339\">Locatie dit keer is The Scelta Institute van Scelta Mushrooms te Venlo. De focus bij dit bedrijf ligt op innovatieve productontwikkeling op het gebied van gezondheid, smaak en duurzaamheid, tevens een thema tijdens de Paddenstoelendag. Andere actuele thema\u2019s zijn: hoe binden we onze (toekomstige) werknemers voor het vak van de paddenstoelenteelt door nieuwe vormen van opleiding en educatie? Welke mogelijkheden bieden HighTech en ICT voor ons productieproces?<\/p>\n<p abp=\"1340\">Diverse bedrijven presenteren hun innovaties, zoals verwerkingstechnieken van champost. Wat alle onderwerpen bindt is de gedachte: \u2018Hoe kan de BV Nederland blijvend koploper blijven in de paddenstoelenteelt op mondiaal niveau?\u2019. Dit realiseren betekent samen kansen oppakken. Dit is het credo van medeorganisator Mushroom Valley, een platform van samenwerkende bedrijven binnen de paddenstoelensector, dat zich richt op opleiding, kennis en promotie.<\/p>\n<p abp=\"1341\">Een snelle ontwikkeling is alleen mogelijk met sterke teeltbedrijven met kennis van zaken. Deze kennis is tijdens DNP ruimschoots voorhanden. Aan de orde komen koppelingen van teeltgegevens en productieprestaties, en de communicatie met en de opleiding van medewerkers van champignonkwekerijen en toeleverende bedrijven. Telers worden gemotiveerd om, al dan niet in&nbsp; samenwerking met collega\u2019s, toeleveranciers of kennisinstellingen, verder te gaan in kennisontwikkeling en praktische innovatie op hun bedrijf. Er wordt ruimte geboden voor het presenteren van innovaties binnen de sector.<\/p>\n<p abp=\"1342\">Niek de Ligt, trainer binnen Delphy Mushrooms: \u201cDe komende jaren versnellen de veranderingen binnen de kwekerij. Aanhaken is dus noodzaak voor teeltbedrijven en haar toeleveranciers. Daarom zijn we dit jaar gestart met de cursus \u2018Champignons, de Toekomst\u2019. Met deze cursus worden zowel werknemers binnen de primaire sector als ook in de periferie klaargestoomd voor een kansrijke toekomst.\u201d<\/p>\n<p abp=\"1343\">Zoals u gewend bent op DNP, is er ook alle ruimte om met elkaar te netwerken.
