Het concept genereert een optimale waterverdeling waarmee, in combinatie met meetgegevens van het vochtgehalte in het champignonbed, de juiste hoeveelheid water op het juiste moment gegeven kan worden. Hierdoor is een maximale opbrengst haalbaar met minder waterverbruik.<\/p>\n<p>De Agro, Food &#038; Technology Award is in het leven geroepen door de partners van de Agro Food Technology Week; FME, Wageningen Universiteit en TNO. De award wordt uitgereikt aan het meest veelbelovende projectidee dat een technologische oplossing biedt voor een ketenproblematiek binnen de Agro Foodsector. Het projectidee moet daarnaast de intentie hebben om deze oplossing integraal te benaderen met minimaal 1 andere onderneming.
