Z o.o. te G&oacute;sciejewo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Het bedrijf ligt midden in een belangrijk productiegebied van champignons in de omgeving van Poznan in het westen van Polen. De andere 50% van de aandelen blijft vooralsnog in handen van de huidige aandeelhouder, Holpol International Holding B.V. te Cuijk.<\/span><\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span><span>Holpol tracht met deze participatie de kennis en mogelijkheden van CNC te gebruiken voor de verdere ontwikkeling van het moderne naar Nederlandse maatstaven opgezette bedrijf in Polen. CNC beschouwt dit als een ideale opstap om haar Europese ambities inzake de productie van compost voor de champignonteelt daadwerkelijk invulling te geven. Beide aandeelhouders hebben afspraken gemaakt over een toekomstig meerderheidsbelang van CNC in Holpol Compost Sp. Z o.o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Holpol Compost produceert momenteel 34.000 ton doorgroeide compost per jaar en heeft volgens CNC nog aanzienlijke expansiemogelijkheden. CNC produceert op dit moment jaarlijks ruim 375.000 ton doorgroeide compost op productielocaties te Milsbeek, Moerdijk en Ammerzoden.
