This course offers a perfect equilibrium between theory and practice with respect to spawn production. Microbiology is the key in all steps of the production process: preparation of the carrier, sterilization, cooling, inoculation and incubation, and finally conservation and packaging. An important part of the training is dedicated to culture maintenance and cleanroom production, which is taught in the real setting of Mycelia’s cleanroom.
